An owner already drives their daily commute. Instead of an empty back seat, they take passengers going the same direction. No detour, no special trip — you're joining a route that already exists.
Your fare is simple: distance × price per km. Qaimo sets the per-km rate based on the car or bike type. Each person pays only for their own distance — travel 8 km, pay for 8 km.
Owners on Qaimo are employees, students, and professionals who pass your area every morning. Passengers help them pay for petrol and car upkeep. You get a cheap, reliable daily commute — much less than a taxi.
Owners submit CNIC, driving licence, and vehicle registration — manually reviewed by our team. Passengers also verify via CNIC. No anonymous rides.

A car or bike owner commutes that route every single day. You join their existing trip and pay only your per-km share of their running costs. A taxi driver's full income comes from the fare; a carpool owner just needs to recover fuel and maintenance. That's why carpooling is significantly cheaper — around 35% less than a daily cab on a typical commute (for example, a 12 km trip at Rs 32/km is Rs 384, against about Rs 600 for a taxi), and each passenger pays independently for their own distance.
Passengers pay per kilometre — the distance from your pickup to your dropoff, multiplied by the owner's per-km rate. Qaimo deducts a 5% platform fee from each completed ride; the rest goes to the owner. You only pay for days you actually rode. If you skip a day or are absent, that day is not billed. No monthly subscription, no fixed fee.
Every car and bike owner must submit three documents: their CNIC, a valid driving licence, and their vehicle registration certificate. Our admin team manually reviews each submission before the account is approved. No owner can accept any passenger until all three documents pass review. Passengers also verify via CNIC. You always know the real identity of who you're riding with.
Yes. Both owners and passengers can skip any individual day directly in the app — no call, no explanation needed. Skipped days are not billed. You can also cancel the entire arrangement if needed. Flexibility is built into how Qaimo works — we designed it for the realities of daily commuting in Pakistan.
Yes. Owners can set both a morning departure and an evening return on the same route. Passengers choose which direction they need — morning only, evening only, or both. One confirmed carpool arrangement covers both trips.
Yes. Women passengers can turn on female-only matching in the app's Settings, so they are matched only with female car and bike owners. It is off by default, so you stay in control. Female owners can likewise choose to accept female riders only, and any passenger can use the gender filter when searching for rides. Every owner on Qaimo is CNIC-verified before they can accept anyone, so you always know the real identity of who you're riding with.
Qaimo Sawari is live on the web. Users are currently in Lahore, Karachi, Taxila, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Haripur, and more cities are joining. You can sign up from anywhere: owners post their routes and passengers find a match nearby, so matches depend on how many people in your area have joined.
