Every car and bike owner must submit three documents: their CNIC, a valid driving licence, and their vehicle registration certificate. Our admin team manually reviews each submission before the account is approved. No owner can accept any passenger until all three documents pass review. Passengers also verify via CNIC. You always know the real identity of who you're riding with.
Yes. Both owners and passengers can skip any individual day directly in the app — no call, no explanation needed. Skipped days are not billed. You can also cancel the entire arrangement if needed. Yes. Owners can set both a morning departure and an evening return on the same route. Passengers choose which direction they need — morning only, evening only, or both. One confirmed carpool arrangement covers both trips.
Yes. Women passengers can filter to female-only car and bike owners before any results appear. This is on by default — no setting to configure. Every owner on Qaimo is CNIC-verified before they can accept anyone, so you always know the real identity of who you're riding with. The combination of document verification and gender filtering makes Qaimo genuinely safe for women commuting daily.
