Every car and bike owner must submit three documents: their CNIC, a valid driving licence, and their vehicle registration certificate. Our admin team manually reviews each submission before the account is approved. No owner can accept any passenger until all three documents pass review. Passengers also verify via CNIC. Yes. Both owners and passengers can skip any individual day directly in the app — no call, no explanation needed. Skipped days are not billed. You can also cancel the entire arrangement if needed.
